• Minicuccioli: Swimming 25m (water start) - Cycling 250m (1 lap) - Running 100m (1 lap)

• Cubs: Swimming 50m (water start) - Cycling 500m (1 lap) - Running 250m (1 lap)

• Beginners: Swimming 100m (water start) - Biking 1,500m (1 lap) - Running 500m (1 lap)

• Juniors: Swimming 200m (water start) - Biking 3,000m (1 lap) - Running 1,000m (1 lap)

• Youth A: Swimming 300m (water start) - Biking 6,000m (1 lap) - Running 2,000m (1 lap)
